Australia has much to do with recognising women on boards and adding diversity to key leadership and board roles.
She says “I have strong views about quotas for woman in the board room. Whilst we need quotas, it is important that women are viewed as a worthy investment in the future. Invest in the women and they will take care of the future wealth and prosperity of this nation.”
